Hendrickson’s Classic Italian is similar to a classic vinegar & oil salad dressing but with lots of spices & vegetables.  We substitute a potato starch for oil and consequently the dressing is fat free with 15 calories per serving.  Our Classic Italian Dressing has 80% less sugar than our ‘Original’ Dressing; it is not as sweet and has a completely different taste.  We’ve been making the Classic dressing since 2006.
